From a 450 sq ft apartment to an AI-first company twelve years of shipping on time.
Year 2014
Co-founders Santosh Badal and Kailas Adaling launch Unichronic from a 450 sq ft apartment with a five-person team.
Year 2015
Clients expand engagements despite an economic slowdown. Full-stack development and US projects start flowing in.
Year 2016
We adopt Agile methodology, ship our first e-commerce project, and launch Android & iOS apps.
Year 2017
Move into a 1,000 sq ft office. Directors receive an award from Maharashtra's Chief Minister for on-time delivery.
Year 2018
Cloud infrastructure, data analytics, IoT join the portfolio. Full Azure cloud migration completes.
Year 2019
Five new technologies enter the stack. We secure our first major global client for Azure & .NET consulting.
Year 2020–24
We build our own platforms: Wegro for stock alerts, AI Schools & Olympiad for adaptive learning.
Year 2026
AI agents automate our pipeline now we're productizing it as UniAssist, our AI-native PM platform.
